How precious is the feeling when creativty is alive in you. You are brimming with ideas, you are putting into action creative plans and you are enjoying discovering different parts of yourself.
The creative spark is a place to experiment, try new exercices and practices, write, draw, connect, create and play. It is a place to ignite your creative embers so that they are a nourishing and integrated part of your life.
Overview
This is an invitation to join Creative Spark - an online journey designed for women who wish to connect with their creative potential. Starting on 22nd April, as spring is in flow and the world brims with possibility, and culminating at the height of summer, this course is a journey through the natural rhythms of creativity. Hosted by Martha Tilston with only twelve places available, Creative Spark offers a nurturing space where creativity, community and personal growth intertwine.
Whether you dream of hanging that painting you always wanted to create, writing a heartfelt story for your children, or simply enriching your own personal journey, this course will help you find the time, inspiration and support you need. It will also guide you in bringing more creativity into your work and projects, enhancing problem-solving, innovative thinking and fresh perspectives in your professional life.

Course Structure
Format: Live interactive sessions, creative practices to explore between classes. Sessions are recorded, so it is possible to catch up if you miss any.

27 May – Widen your Creative Horizons
3 week break – Gentle creative practice: A time for soft exploration and integration.
17 June - Reconnect, Reflect and Reimagine.
1 July - Moving Forward with your Creative Dreamings.
Between Sessions:
You'll receive gentle prompts and practices to continue your creative journey throughout the week, weaving art, reflection, song and mindfulness into your daily life. These practices will not only support personal growth but also inspire new ideas and approaches for your work and creative projects.
Booking:
The course costs £350 (low income - up to your discretion) and £450 (standard). There are twelve spaces available for this intimate and supportive four month journey.
About Martha
Martha Tilston is a celebrated singer-songwriter, storyteller and creative guide with a passion for inspiring others to reconnect with their innate artistic expression. With a career spanning over two decades, she has performed on renowned stages worldwide, weaving together song, spoken word and visual artistry to create deeply immersive experiences.
Beyond her music, Martha is a dedicated mentor in the realm of creativity, guiding individuals to rediscover their artistic confidence and integrate creative practices into their daily lives. Her approach is intuitive, nurturing and rooted in the belief that creative flow is essential for personal wellbeing and balance.
